This artist has so many whimsical works, we couldn’t resist sharing one with you.  These playful tentacles are taking over a diving board in Geneva, Switzerland.  Other works  include trees with eyeballs that shift in the breeze and over-sized laundry hanging on a clothesline over an expressway.
